摘  要:分析了加载油缸伸缩状态及摩擦衬垫磨损判断流程以及便于对故障的编码器进行及时查找和快速更换的编码器故障判断流程,采用PLC300多语言编程,利用梯形图作为编程语言,实现了煤矿摩擦提升机防滑卡绳系统的检测,设计了煤矿提升防卡绳和防滑系统的上位机界面以及PLC300和Force Control通信的设置。This paper analyzes the process of judging the expansion state of the loading cylinder and the friction pad wear judgment,and the encoder fault judgment process for facilitating the timely searching and quick replacement of the faulty encoder.The PLC300 multi-language programming is used,and the ladder diagram is used as the programming language to realize the Le coal mine.The detection of the anti-skid card rope system of the friction hoist is designed,and the upper computer interface of the coal mine lifting anti-clip and anti-skid system and the setting of PLC300 and Force Control communication are designed.
