摘 要:为了研究煤矿多绳摩擦提升机防滑卡绳方法,分析了煤矿落地式和井塔式多绳摩擦提升机结构特点以及摩擦提升机防滑理论,设计了摩擦衬垫结构布置形式、钢丝绳制动机构方案以及楔盒结构,然后采用ANSYS Workbench模拟软件对卡绳楔块和楔盒的强度进行了校核,并设计了煤矿多绳摩擦提升机防滑卡绳的电控系统。研究提高了煤矿多绳摩擦提升机安全性能和工作效率。In order to study anti-skid and rope clamping method of multi rope friction hoist in coal mine,the structural characteristics and anti-skid theory of multi rope friction hoist of floor type and tower type in coal mine were analyzed,and the structural arrangement of friction pad,the scheme of wire rope brake mechanism and wedge box structure are designed,then ANSYS was used.The strength of wedge block and wedge box was checked by workbench simulation software,and the electric control system of anti-skid rope of multi rope friction hoist in coal mine was designed.The research increased the safety performance of multi rope friction hoist in coal mine and improved working efficiency.
