摘 要:目前,全国各大矿区主流端头支护为液压端头支架和单体液压支柱配合铰接顶梁,超前支护为超前液压支架,该支护方式基本解决了构造简单、地质条件较好矿井的端头及超前支护问题,但是在特殊开采及复杂地质条件下,端头及超前支架技术和理论仍不能完全适应综采技术的发展。以陈四楼煤矿十采区21011综采顺拉工作面中间巷支护工程为背景,重点研究中间巷受双重采动影响下,应力相互叠加区域的巷道支护技术,探索新的加强技术,解决双采动应力叠加区的煤巷支护技术难题,为“一面三巷”大采长综采顺拉工作面的顺利开采提供技术保障。At present,the mainstream end support of major mining areas in the country is a hydraulic end support and a single hydraulic prop combined with a hinged roof beam.The advanced support is a advanced hydraulic support.This support method basically solves the problem of simple construction and better geological conditions.Tips and advanced support issues,but under special mining and complex geological conditions,the technology and theory of tips and advanced supports still cannot fully adapt to the development of comprehensive mining technology.Taking the supporting project of the middle lane of the 21011 fully-mechanized mining face in the tenth mining area of Chensilou Coal Mine as the background,the key point is to study the roadway support technology in the area where the stresses overlap with each other under the influence of double mining in the middle lane,and explore new strengthening technologies solve the technical problems of coal roadway support in the double-mining stress stacking zone,and provide technical support for the smooth mining of the long-face fully-mechanized longwall mining face with"one side and three roads".
