摘 要:油酸三羟甲基丙烷酯具有良好的热氧化安定性,与环境的相容性好,是一种环境友好的绿色润滑剂,具有广阔的应用前景。对用油酸和三羟甲基丙烷直接酯化合成油酸三羟甲基丙烷酯的工艺参数进行了考察。以酯化率为指标,采用正交设计考察了催化剂种类,催化剂用量,油酸与三羟甲基丙烷的摩尔比,反应时间和反应温度等参数对油酸三羟甲基丙烷酯酯化率的影响。对酯化率的影响依次是催化剂种类>反应时间>反应温度>催化剂用量>油酸与三羟甲基丙烷的摩尔比,最佳工艺参数为用1.0%质量分数的对甲苯磺酸作催化剂,反应时间6 h,反应温度220℃,油酸与三羟甲基丙烷的摩尔比为3.3∶1。在此工艺条件下,油酸三羟甲基丙烷酯的酯化率可达到95.7%,说明合成工艺参数是合理可行的。用合成的油酸三羟甲基丙烷酯调配的46号可生物降解抗磨液压油能够满足L-HM抗磨液压油的性能要求。Trimethylolpropane oleate had good thermal-oxidation stability and good compatibility with the environment.It was an environmentally friendly green lubricant and had a broad application prospect.The process parameters of the direct esterification of oleic acid and trimethylolpropane to trimethylolpropane oleate were investigated.The effects of catalyst type,catalyst dosage,and molar ratio of oleic acid to trimethylolpropane,reaction time and temperature on the esterification rate of trimethylolpropane oleate were investigated by orthogonal design.The influence on esterification rate was catalyst type>reaction time>reaction temperature>catalyst dosage>the molar ratio of oleic acid and trimethylolpropane.The optimum process parameters were 1.0%p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst,reaction time 6 h,reaction temperature 220℃,the molar ratio of oleic acid and trimethylolpropane 3.3∶1,Under these conditions,the esterification rate of trimethylolpropane oleate could reach 95.7%,which showed that the synthesis process parameters were reasonable and feasible.The No.46 biodegradable anti-wear hydraulic oil formulated with the synthesized trimethylolpropane oleate could meet the performance requirements of L-HM anti-wear hydraulic oil.
