加氢基础油在液压油中的应用研究

摘　　要：对茂名石化公司生产的APIⅢ6加氢基础油的性能进行了评价,其性能与同类进口加氢基础油的性能相当。对茂名加氢基础油在低温液压油(HV液压油)和超低温液压油(HS液压油)中的应用情况进行了研究。茂名加氢基础油调配的46号HV液压油和46号HS液压油的倾点低,黏温特性好,理化性能和模拟性能均能够达到《液压油》:11118.1—2011国家标准的要求,可以替代进口加氢基础油使用,拓展了高端基础油的来源。The performance of APIⅢ6 hydrogenated Stock produced by Maoming Petrochemical Company was evaluated.Its performance was equivalent to that of the same imported hydrogenated base Stock.The application of Maoming hydrogenated base Stock in low temperature hydraulic oil(HV hydraulic oil)and ultralow temperature hydraulic oil(HS hydraulic oil)was studied.The No.46 HV hydraulic oil and No.46 HS hydraulic oil formulated by Maoming hydrogenated Stock had low pour point,good viscosity temperature characteristics,and their physicochemical properties and simulation performances could meet the requirements of the national standard of Hydraulic Oil:11118.1—2011.It could replace imported hydrogenated base Stock and expand the source of high-grade base Stock.
