摘　　要：用不同剂量FSH对青海藏羊进行超数排卵处理,筛选适宜超排剂量。结果表明:220只青海藏羊,黄体数6.89个/只,获卵数4.93枚/只,获有效胚3.34枚/只;高原型适宜FSH剂量为加拿大产(CAN)240 mg和日本产(JP)20.0 AU;欧拉型适宜FSH剂量为CAN 256 mg;山谷型适宜FSH剂量为CAN 240 mg。Superovulation treatment was carried out in different strains with different FSH doses to screen the appropriate dose.The results showed that 220 Tibetan sheep were superovulated,with 6.89 luteal bodies,4.93 eggs and 3.34 effective embryos.The appropriate doses of FSH for plateau type were 240 mg from Canada and 20.0 AU from Japan.The appropriate dose of euler type FSH was 256 mg from Canada.The appropriate FSH dose for valley was 240 mg from Canada.
