摘 要:在工程试验领域内,液压伺服缸的使用越来越多。大容积油缸在卸载时的冲击过大,可能会影响试验正常进行。通过伺服油缸的卸载原理和液体压缩理论计算出油缸前后腔卸载所产生的油液体积,运用比例阀分别控制油缸前后腔的卸载速度达到减小冲击的目的。分别在AMESim软件和真实试验中进行验证,对比有、无比例阀的试验结果,得到该方法可以减小大容积伺服油缸卸载冲击的结论。The application of servo cylinder is increasing in engineering test field. The impact of large volume cylinder during unloading is too large,which may affect the normal test. In order to solve this problem,the front and back chamber oil volume produced by unloading was calculated through unloading principle and liquid compressible theory. The impact was reduced by using proportional valve to control the unloading rate of front and back chamber. What’s more,the results with or without proportional valve were compared through AMESim simulation and actual test respectively. It is concluded this method can reduce the unloading impact of large volume cylinder.
