摘　　要：针对奥运会和全运会(以下简称“奥运全运”)科技攻关成果和体育产业自身的特点,运用文献资料法、半结构式访谈、文本分析和数理统计等方法,对上海奥运全运科技攻关成果的产出现状、产业化路径及特征等进行探讨,并对其产业化进程中存在的主要问题和相关影响因素展开分析。据此提出促进上海奥运全运科技攻关成果产业化的策略,如进一步深化细化体育科技管理体制机制、强化体育科技管理的产业化价值导向、完善技术要素激励等,以提高奥运全运科技攻关成果转化率。Based on the characteristics of science and technology achievements of Olympic and National Games as well as the sports industry,the outcome,the industrialization path and the features of the achievements in Olympic and National Games in Shanghai was explored by literature review,semi-structured interviews,text analysis and mathematical statistics.With the analysis of the major problems and impact factors,the strategies to facilitate its industrialization are proposed:refining the management system and mechanism of sports science and technology,strengthening the awareness of industrialized-orientation,improving the technical-incentive environment,and so on,thus to enhance the transformation of the science and technology achievements of Olympic and National Games.
