摘 要:以醋酸锌和硝酸铈为原料,采用溶剂水热法制备Ce掺杂ZnO纳米材料,通过浸渍-烘干法将Ce掺杂ZnO纳米材料附着在棉织物表面,得到多功能棉织物。利用X射线衍射仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电镜和紫外可见分光光度计对Ce掺杂ZnO纳米材料进行表征。结果表明,Ce掺杂ZnO纳米材料呈棒状结构,纳米材料表面呈绒毛状或微孔状结构;Ce掺杂后,ZnO的吸光度增加。Ce掺杂量3%的ZnO纳米棒整理棉织物具有最佳的疏水性和抗紫外性能;随着Ce掺杂量的增加,棉织物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率先增大后减小,Ce掺杂量为3%时具有最佳的抑菌效果,抑菌率达到81.3%。Ce doped ZnO nano materials were prepared via solvent hydrothermal method with zinc acetate and cerium nitrate.The Ce doped ZnO nano materials were attached on cotton fabric by impregnation and drying method to prepare multi-functional cotton fabric.The prepared Ce doped ZnO nano materials were characterizated by XRD,FT-IR,SEM and UV-Vis.The result suggested that the morphology of Ce doped ZnO nano materials were rod like and the surface of the rod was coated with fluff or microcellular structure.After Ce doping,the absorbance of ZnO increased.The cotton fabric treated with 3%Ce doped ZnO had the best hydrophobicity and UV resistance performance.With the increase of Ce doping content,the antibacterial activity of cotton fabric to Staphylococcus aureus increased first and then decreased.When the Ce doping content was 3%,the antibacterial effect was the best,and the antibacterial rate was 81.3%.
