摘 要:对羊毛衫的抗起毛起球整理工艺进行优化,并将蛋白酶-树脂两步整理法与氧化-蛋白酶-树脂三步整理法进行比较。结果表明,树脂整理优化工艺为:树脂用量10%(omf),45℃处理15 min,130℃焙烘3 min。两种处理方式均使毛球数量从原来的23个/63 cm2降低到10个/63 cm2以下,但三步整理法色差相对较大,手感、润湿时间没有明显差异。The anti pilling finishing process of woolen sweater was optimized,and the protease-resin two-step finishing method was compared with the oxidation-protease-resin three-step finishing method.The results showed that the optimum finishing process was as follows:resin dosage 10%(omf),treated at45℃for 15 min,baked at 130℃for 3 min.Both treatments reduced the number of wool balls from 23/63 cm2 to less than 10/63 cm2,but the chromatic aberration of three-step finishing method was relatively large,and there was no significant difference in handle feeling and wetting time of the fabric.
