摘 要:采用甲醇萃取纺织品中的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEOs),将传统的索氏提取法改为超声提取法,简化了操作过程,节省了有机试剂和提取时间。采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用仪对烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚进行检测,结果显示,OPEO在0.12~4.98 mg/L、NPEO在0.20~8.46 mg/L呈线性;对白色空白纺织样品做添加回收实验,OPEO的回收率为80.91%~100.71%,NPEO的回收率为87.50%~103.08%,相对标准偏差为1.04%~7.93%;方法检出限为5 mg/kg。该检测方法简便、灵敏、精确度高,适用于纺织品中烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的检测分析。Alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(APEOs)in textiles was extracted by methanol.The traditional Soxhlet extraction method was changed to ultrasonic extraction method,which greatly simplified the operation process and saved organic reagents and extraction time.Alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether was detected by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC/MS).The results showed that OPEO was linear in the concentration range of 0.12~4.98 mg/L and NPEO was linear in the concentration of 0.20~8.46 mg/L.The standard addition recovery experiment was carried on the white blank textile sample.The recovery of OPEO was 80.91%~100.71%,NPEO was 87.50%~103.08%and RSD was 1.04%~7.93%.The detection limit was 5 mg/kg.The method was simple,sensitive and accurate,which was suitable for the determination of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether in textiles.
