摘 要:简要介绍了某大型制氧机组氮压机电气控制设备改造的原因,详细阐述了在改造过程中出现的不能正常分合闸问题,并通过线路的逐一校验,对原设备所带控制柜的控制原理进行分析,以及与配电间控制线路的具体功能和就地柜的位置,根据电机电流、断路器状态和合闸延时时间三项问题,进行逐一试验,最终使得改造后各种电气控制和保护能正常实现,并进行总结,以便于相关电气改造借鉴和提供技术支持。This paper briefly introduces the reasons for the transformation of the electrical control equipment of nitrogen compressor of a large-scale oxygen generating unit,discusses in detail on the problems of abnormal switch opening and closing in the process of transformation.The control principle of the control cabinet of the original equipment was analyzed by checking the lines one by one.The specific function of the control circuit of the power distribution room and the position of the local cabinet were tested one by one based on the three issues of motor current,circuit breaker status and closing delay time.Finally,all kinds of electrical control and protection can be realized normally after the transformation,which was also summarized so as to provide experience and technical support for related electrical transformation.
