摘　　要：绿色智慧住区综合信息集成服务平台综合运用现代信息技术,在全面感知和泛在互联的基础上,采用面向服务的方法,管理和调度各类服务资源与智能化应用系统,整合住区各类资源,提高住区服务和治理水平,增强住区便民、利民服务能力,实现信息、资源和管理服务的一体化集成与共享。Comprehensive information integrated service platform for green and smart residential areas utilizes modern information technology comprehensively, and based on comprehensive perception and ubiquitous interconnection, a service-oriented method is adopted to manage and schedule various service resources and intelligent application systems, integrate various resources of the residential area, improve the level of residential services and governance, enhance the ability of providing convenience and benefits for residential people and realize the integration and sharing of information, resources and management services.
