摘 要:以64株大型真菌为研究对象,对菌丝浸提液和发酵液的粗提物进行了红细胞溶血和脂质过氧化抑制活性的测定.同时利用胞内抗氧化筛选模型、以及胞外HIV-1逆转录酶抑制试剂盒做了进一步的活性研究.结果显示,褐孔菌、红菇、猴头、新科木、早北c滑和黄伞等的粗提物具有较高的抗氧化和抗HIV-1逆转录酶的活性,为进一步分离纯化活性成分的研究提供了依据.Mycelia extracts and culture filtrates from 64 different strains of fungi were investigated for their antioxidant capacities in two different assays, namely, inhibition of hemolysis of rat erythrocytes and lipid peroxidation of brain homogenates assay. Then, the strains with antioxidant activity were tested in genetic engineering E. coli which expressed redox-sensitive green fluorescent protein in cell. Finally, strains with all above activities were detected by HIV-1 reverse transcriptase inhibition assay. The results shown that the mycelia extracts from Fuscoporia punctata, Russulaceae sp., Hericium erinaceus, Auricularia auricular, Pholiota nameko and Pholiota adipose had antioxidant and HIV-1 reverse transcriptase inhibition activities. This study was foundational for further purification research. Moreover, natural antioxidant extracts from fungi with anti HIV-1 activity may have potential as anti HIV-1 drug.
