摘　　要：文章概述了减轻社区工作负担的时代背景和要求,分析了城市社区工作负担沉重的原因及制约因素,并从加强领导、抓好重点、构建机制、优化配置、推动提升等五个方面提出了对策和建议。This paper summarizes the background and requirements of the times to reduce the burden of community work,analyzes the causes and restrictive factors of the heavy burden of urban community work,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects,such as strengthening leadership,focusing on key points,constructing mechanism,optimizing allocation and promoting improvements.
