高职院校实施“大学生素质拓展计划”的思考

摘　　要：积极适应新时代高职教育的改革,高职院校教育的根本任务是构建“三全育人”教育体系,培养大学生的思想政治素质为核心,以培养创新精神和实践能力为重点,普遍提高大学生的人文素质和科学素质,造就“有思想、有道德、有文化、有纪律”、德智体美等全面发展的社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人。全面实施“大学生素质拓展计划”是实现培养目标的重要途径,是新形势下学生思想政治教育与管理工作的创新。Actively adapting to the reform of higher vocational education in the new era,the fundamental task of higher vocational education is to build a three-round education system for students,to cultivate the ideological and political quality of college students as the core,and to focus on cultivating students'innovative spirit and practical ability.At the mean time,the system will also improve the humanities quality and scientific quality of college students,and create qualified society builders and reliable successors who are"ideal,ethical,cultural,and disciplined".The full implementation of the"Quality Development Plan for College Students"is an important way to achieve the goal of training,and it is the innovation of students'political education and management under the new situation.
