摘　　要：随着融媒体时代的到来,信息传播方式更加多样、内容更加丰富、速度更加迅捷、范围更加宽广,对当代学生教学信息员队伍的建设带来了机遇和挑战。深刻理解和把握融媒体时代信息传播的特征,推动学生教学信息员工作的模式创新,建设一支精干高效的学生教学信息员队伍,对于地方高校及时全面了解教师教学状况、加强教学质量监控、完善教学服务保障、促进教学质量提升具有重要的意义。With the advent of media convergence era,the information dissemination mode is more diverse,the content is more abundant,the speed is more rapid,the scope is more broad,which have brought opportunities and challenges to the construction of the student teaching information staff.Understanding and grasping the characteristics of information communication in the age of media convergence,promoting the innovation of the work mode of student teaching information team,and building an efficient student teaching information team are of great significance for local colleges and universities to understand teachers'teaching situation in time,strengthen teaching quality control,improve teaching service guarantee and better teaching quality.
