摘 要:对比研究了单一氯盐和硫酸盐-氯盐耦合侵蚀条件下,环氧煤沥青防腐涂层厚度对PCCP蒸养和标养砂浆的Cl-渗透规律;通过抗压耐蚀系数这一指标,评价了涂层厚度和养护方式对砂浆抗硫酸盐-氯盐耦合侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明,相比蒸养砂浆,标养砂浆有更强的抗侵蚀性能;随着环氧煤沥青漆涂层厚度的增加,砂浆的抗侵蚀能力明显增强;在SO42-与Cl-共同侵蚀下,抗压耐蚀系数呈现出先增加后减小的规律;SO42-在侵蚀早期一定程度上会抑制Cl-的扩散,随着侵蚀时间增长,钙矾石大量生成,砂浆内部孔隙率逐渐增大,Cl-扩散速率逐渐增加。The chloride ion permeability of steam curing and standard mortar for PCCP coated with different thickness of epoxy coal tar pitch anticorrosive coating was studied under the environment of single chloride and sulfate-chloride coupling erosion.Based on the index of compression and corrosion resistance coefficient,the effects of coating thickness and curing method on the sulfate-chloride coupling corrosion resistance of mortar were evaluated.The results show that compared with steam curing mortar,standard mortar has stronger corrosion resistance,and the corrosion resistance of mortar is obviously enhanced with the increase of coating thickness of epoxy coal tar paint.Under the co-erosion of sulfate ion and chloride ion,the pressure and corrosion resistance coefficient increases at first and then decreases.The existence of SO42-can inhibit the diffusion of Cl-to a certain extent in the early stage of erosion.With the increase of erosion time,a large amount of ettringite is formed,the internal porosity of mortar increases gradually,and the diffusion rate of Cl-increases gradually.
