摘　　要：针对装配式建筑中PC构件生产的模具重复利用率较低、模具配套成本较高等现状,从预制构件标准化、构件模具标准化库与模具零部件标准化、模具组合式通用化配置等方面出发,对PC构件生产中模具设计与制作进行了分析与研究,对降低装配式建筑总体生产成本和提高预制构件生产效率提出了建议。Aiming at low reuse rate and high cost of PC components steel mould for PC components in prefabricated buildings,the analysis and research of the design and production of PC component steel mould is from the aspects on standardization of PC component,sandardized library of PC,mould components and generalization steel mould for reducing the overall production cost of prefabricated buildings project and improving the fabricating efficiency of PC components.
