摘 要:为探讨样品粉碎设备对饲料中铬测定结果的影响,4家检测机构按照GB/T 13088-2006《饲料中铬的测定》火焰原子吸收光谱法,分别使用不同材质的粉碎设备制备样品,考察粉碎设备、粉碎时间和样品硬度对饲料原料、配合饲料、浓缩饲料和添加剂预混合饲料中铬含量测定结果的影响。结果表明,使用不锈钢材质粉碎机会导致饲料中的铬测定结果虚高;除硫酸镁、石粉、微量元素预混料外,粉碎时间越长,铬的测定结果越高;样品粉碎过程中铬的污染还与样品硬度有关,样品硬度越高,铬测定值越高。测定饲料中铬含量时,不能使用不锈钢或其他含铬材质的粉碎机制备样品。In this article,the effect of sample grinder on the test results of chromium content in feeds was tested by 4 laboratories.The test method was flame atomic absorption spectrometry specified by GB/T 13088-2006.The sample grinder,grinding time,sample hardness for feedstuff,compound feed,concentrated feed and additive premixed feed were investigated.The results showed that the chromium content in feed,compound feed,concentrated feed and additive pre-mixed feed,the sample of which was made of the stainless-steel grinder were very high,which indicating sample contamination by stainless-steel grinder.The longer the grinding time was,the more serious the chromium pollution was,and the higher the test results become.The chromium pollution was also related to the sample hardness.We suggest that quality assurance protocols for chromium analysis of feeds should select the grinder which was made of non-stainless steel or other chromium-free material.
