摘 要:为研究酵母硒(Se-Y)对海兰褐商品代蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋硒沉积和硒利用率的影响,试验选用19周龄海兰褐商品代蛋鸡192只,随机分为2组,对照组为亚硒酸钠(S-Se)组,饲喂无硒基础日粮+0.3 mg/kg Se/S-Se,试验组为Se-Y组,饲喂无硒基础日粮+0.3 mg/kg Se/Se-Y。每组12个重复,每个重复8只产蛋鸡,每个重复的蛋鸡饲养在两个相邻产蛋笼内,每笼饲养4只产蛋鸡。试验期四周:蛋鸡19~22周龄。在蛋鸡22周开展代谢试验,评估不同硒源在蛋鸡上蛋硒沉积率、利用率和排泄量。结果表明:(1)添加0.3 mg/kg Se/S-Se和0.3 mg/kg Se/Se-Y组蛋鸡(21~22周)的产蛋率、平均蛋重、料蛋比、破畸率、平均日采食量(ADFI)均无显著差异(P>0.05);(2)与S-Se组相比,使用Se-Y组第二、三、四周后,鸡蛋硒的平均含量显著提高了35.6%、120.1%、143.5%(P<0.05);(3)与摄入S-Se组相比,Se-Y组粪硒排泄率减少了54.21%,硒总利用率、蛋硒沉积率、体硒沉积率分别提高了79.48%、81.52%、72.10%。由此得出:不同硒源对开产期过渡到产蛋高峰期的蛋鸡(19~22周)产蛋性能无显著影响,而与S-Se相比,使用Se-Y,不仅能增加鸡蛋硒沉积,而且还能减少蛋鸡的粪硒排泄,提高蛋鸡对硒的总利用率,并促进硒在蛋鸡体内的沉积。The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of selenium yeast(Se-Y)on the egg-laying performance,egg selenium deposition and selenium utilization rate of the Hy-line variety brown.A total of 192 egg layers aged 19 weeks were selected for the experiment.The control group was sodium selenite(S-Se)group and was fed a se-free basal diet+0.3 mg/kg Se/S-Se,while the experimental group was Se-Y group and was fed a se-free basal diet+0.3 mg/kg Se/Se-Y.Each treatment was divided into 12 repetitions,8 layers for each repetition,and each repeated layer was reared in two adjacent laying cages,4 layers for each cage.The experimental period was 19~22 weeks old.Metabolism test was conducted at 22 weeks to evaluate the selenium deposition rate,utilization rate and excretion of different selenium sources on layers.The results showed that:(1)The addition of 0.3 mg/kg Se/S-Se and 0.3 mg/kg Se/Se-Y groups showed no significant difference in the laying rate,average egg weight,material/egg ratio,teratation rate and average daily intake of layers(21~22 weeks)(P>0.05);(2)Compared with S-Se group,the average selenium content in eggs of Se-Y group was significantly increased by 35.6%,120.1%and 143.5%(P<0.05)after the second,third and fourth weeks;(3)Compared with S-Se group,the total utilization rate of selenium,the deposition rate of egg selenium,the selenium deposition rate was increased by 79.48%,81.52%,72.10%.In concluded that different selenium sources had no significant influence on the egg-laying performance of layers(19~22 weeks)during the transition from the opening period to the peak egg-laying period(P>0.05).Compared with S-Se,the application of Se-Y could not only increase the selenium deposition in eggs,but also reduce the excretion of selenium in the layers,improve the total utilization rate of selenium in layers,and promote the deposition of selenium in layers.
