摘  要:大容量中频逆变电源对输出电压波形质量要求较高,且存在开关器件损耗较大的问题。结合两单元级联H桥逆变器和五开关五电平逆变器,得到改进的逆变拓扑,即两单元五开关级联H桥逆变器,并给出了与之对应的改进载波移相正弦脉冲宽度调制策略。改进后的拓扑不仅具备两单元H桥级联逆变器能够实现较高等效开关频率的优点,而且具备五开关五电平逆变器使用开关器件少、输出电压电平数多、总谐波失真小、器件损耗小等优点,因此较适合于大容量中频逆变场合。最后通过Matlab/Simulink平台搭建了两单元五开关级联H桥逆变器的仿真模型,仿真结果验证了理论的正确性。A large-capacity medium-frequency inverter requires higher quality of output voltage waveform;meanwhile,it suffers from larger loss of switching devices.Combined with two-unit cascaded H-bridge inverters and five-switch fivelevel inverters,an improved inverter topology,i.e.,a two-unit five-switch cascaded H-bridge inverter,is obtained in this paper,and the corresponding improved carrier phase-shift sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM)strategy is given.The improved topology not only has advantages of a two-unit cascaded H-bridge inverter(e.g.,high equivalent switching frequency),but also has advantages of a five-switch five-level inverter(e.g.,less switching devices,more output voltage levels,smaller total harmonic distortion(THD),and smaller switching device loss).Therefore,it is more suitable for large-capacity medium-frequency inverters.Finally,a simulation model of a two-unit five-switch cascaded H-bridge inverter is built on the Matlab/Simulink platform,and simulation results verify the theoretical analysis.
