摘 要:能源市场化改革是能源行业发展的必然趋势之一,区域能源供应商是其中重要的市场主体。本文分析了区域能源供应商的运营模式,提出了以区域能源供应商净收益最大为目标的综合能源系统日前优化调度方法。基于配电系统Distflow二阶锥模型和线性热网能量流模型构建日前优化调度模型,在保障计算精确性的前提下提升了模型的可解性。通过算例分析,验证了所提模型的有效性,并对分时电价政策、供热设备能源转换效率等因素对调度结果的影响进行了分析。Energy marketization reform is one of the inevitable trends in the development of energy industry,in which district-level energy suppliers are important market players.In this paper,the operation mode of district-level energy suppliers is analyzed at first.Then,a day-ahead optimal dispatching method for an integrated energy system is proposed,which aims at maximizing the net income of district-level energy suppliers.Based on the Distflow second-order cone model for power distribution systems and the linear energy flow model for heat network,the solvability of the proposed model is improved with the guarantee of calculation accuracy.Through the analysis of a numerical example,the validity of the proposed model is verified.In addition,the effects of factors(e.g.,the time-of-use electricity tariff policy and the energy conversion efficiency of heat supply equipment)on the dispatching results are also analyzed.
