摘 要:为克服传统电力系统稳定器及现有改进方案存在的频率适应性差、参数整定困难和难以应对不确定性等问题,基于线性鲁棒控制理论设计了鲁棒状态反馈附加励磁控制器。首先,介绍线性鲁棒控制的技术原理和求解方法。然后,在此基础上,给出同步发电机鲁棒状态反馈附加励磁控制器的设计思路。最后,结合4机2区系统对控制器的性能进行评估。结果表明,鲁棒状态反馈附加励磁控制器既能改善系统阻尼,又能提高系统的鲁棒性,对故障情况下系统的暂态稳定性亦有积极贡献。To overcome the inherent defects of poor frequency adaptability,difficult parameter setting and poor capability of dealing with uncertainties in the traditional power system stabilizer(PSS)and the existing improvement schemes,a robust-state feedback supplementary excitation controller is designed based on the linear robust control theory. First,the technical principle and solving method for linear robust control are introduced. On this basis,the design idea of the synchronous generator robust-state feedback supplementary excitation controller is given. Finally,the performance of the controller is evaluated with the combination of a four-generator two-area system. Results show that the robust-state feedback supplementary excitation controller can not only improve the system’s damping capacity,but also improve its robustness. Meanwhile,it also has a positive contribution to the system’s transient stability.
