摘　　要：将液压夹具运用于物流生产线,通过PLC程序控制液压夹具的动作,同时配备夹具气密检测装置和喷淋装置,通过检测信号的互锁,提高夹具使用的安全性和可靠性,从而提高物流线的产能。Hydraulic fixtures are used in the flexible manufacture line.The actions of the hydraulic fixtures were controlled by the Programmable Logical Controller(PLC)program,meanwhile,the fixtures were equipped with airtight detection device and spray system.The safety and reliability of the fixtures are improved,finally the efficiency of the flexible manufacture line is also improved,by the interlock of detected signals.
