摘  要:介绍了汽车行业及驱动桥壳的市场需求,在现有成形工艺基础上,提出了一种驱动桥壳复杂结构成形的新的加工工艺,设计了与该工艺相匹配的关键工序。针对核心工序驱动桥壳整体复合胀形,采用有限元法对整体复合胀形变形过程进行验证分析,结果表明:开槽管坯胀形温度为600℃时,胀形过程最大应力值达到243 MPa,能够满足驱动桥壳成形需求。The market demand of automobile industry and driving axle housing is introduced.Based on the existing forming technology,a new processing technology for complex structure forming of driving axle housing is put forward.The key process matching this technology was designed.Aiming at the integral compound bulging of driving axle housing in the core process,the finite element method(FEM)was used to verify and analyze the integral composite bulging process.The results show that when the bulging temperature of the slotted tube blank is 600℃,the maximum stress of the bulging process reaches 243 MPa,which can meet the forming requirements of the driving axle housing.
