摘 要:为了确定引起机床润滑泵发生故障的主要原因,针对传统故障树分析方法在不确定复杂系统分析中的诸多不足,将灰色关联度分析方法与传统故障树法相结合,并应用到机床润滑泵故障分析中。通过故障树底事件的结构重要度,得到机床润滑泵每个底事件的灰色关联度,进而能够准确判断出各种故障模式发生的可能性大小,结果表明:控制板故障是引起润滑系统失效的最主要原因,这与实际中试验结果相符。该方法能为今后机床润滑系统改进、故障诊断、提高可靠性提供了一种新思路,并为状态预测提供参考。In order to determine the main cause of the failure of the lubrication pump of the machine tool,the traditional fault tree analysis method is applied to the fault analysis of the machine lubrication pump by combining the gray correlation analysis method with the traditional fault tree method.Through the structural importance of the fault tree bottom event,the gray correlation degree of each bottom event of the machine lubrication pump was obtained,and the possibility of occurrence of various failure modes could be accurately determined.The result shows that the control panel failure is the most common failure of the lubrication system.The main reason is that this is consistent with the actual test results.This method can provide a new idea for the improvement of machine tool lubrication system,fault diagnosis and reliability improvement,and provide reference for state prediction.
