摘  要:电磁继电器触点的闭合与分断会在被控电路中产生具有丰富高频谐波的电磁干扰,影响汽车控制系统的正常工作。为研究电磁继电器在分合过程中产生的电磁辐射特性,搭建直流模拟触点装置平台进行试验研究,在分析总结电磁继电器电磁辐射干扰产生机理的基础上,重点考察了负载电气参量和气氛环境对电磁继电器电磁辐射特性的影响。研究表明,负载电流对电磁辐射特性的影响占主要地位,而氮气环境中产生的辐射电场频带范围广,幅值高。High frequency electromagnetic interference is occurring during the automotive DC relay operation,which will result in vehicle control system malfunction. To research the characteristics of electromagnetic interference caused by DC relay operation arc,a contact experimental platform to simulate DC relay making and breaking is built. Then the electromagnetic interference experiment is carried out with different load current,different load voltage and different atmosphere environment(air,vacuum,nitrogen and argon). The bi-conical antenna is applied to capture the corresponding radiation field of the electromagnetic interference experiment. The measurement results show that the frequency of DC relay operation radiation is changing at the range of 30 ~ 600 MHz and the most dramatically variation of radiation field is occurring at 30 ~ 100 MHz region. It can be easily found that the amplitude of the radiation field is dependent on the power of the relay,which means the load current and load voltage are working together to determine the characteristics of the radiation field caused by relay arc discharge. However,compared with load voltage,the load current has more significant influence on the radiation intensity and frequency. The study results of gas medium influence on the radiation characteristics of relay arc discharge indicate that for the four gas medium,air,vacuum,nitrogen and argon,the broadest frequency and highest radiation field is occurring in the nitrogen gas.
