摘 要:冗余设计可以提升舰船电力电子装置的可靠性,模块化技术的应用可以减小设备的体积和重量,缩短研制和生产周期,提高设备的维护保养效率。本文提出一种冗余设计的模块化船用变压变频电源,采用通用化、标准化、模块化的AC/DC及DC/AC结构型式,通过分布式并联控制和双环控制策略实现了输入及输出的多模块并联冗余运行。在1台功率为100 kW的冗余设计模块化变压变频电源上开展相关试验,结果表明该装置具有良好的动态和静态性能,证明了该方案具有较好的应用前景。The reliability of marine power converter can be improved with redundancy design.Meanwhile,with the application of modular technology,the volume and the weight of device will be decreased,the research and the development life-cycle will be shortened,and the maintenance efficiency will be also increased.A modular marine variable voltage variable frequency power converter with redundancy design is presented in this paper.Universalized,standardized,and modular structure are used for both AC/DC and DC/AC parts.The redundant parallel operation of input and output multi-module is implemented by the use of distributed parallel control and double-loop control strategy.Experiments of a 100 kW modular marine variable voltage variable frequency power converter with redundancy design have been done.The experimental results show good dynamic and static performance,prove that the scheme will have good prospects for the application.
