摘　　要：本文分析多种海缆铺设方式,并结合载人潜水器的工作特点,提出了适合载人作业型潜水器搭载海底铺缆装置的深海铺缆作业方式。该方式设置1套海底铺缆装置,搭载于载人作业型潜水器上,通过载人作业型潜水器在近海底的航行机动,海底铺缆装置与载人作业型潜水器的航行机动协调匹配并同步放缆。本文介绍海底铺缆装置的铺缆原理、结构组成、驱动参数计算、液压控制系统,并详细介绍论述海底铺缆作业的实现方式。Various cable laying methods are analyzed and a type of underwater vehicle for manned submarine in cable laying is proposed.An underwater cable laying device is carried on the manned submarine.Cable is laid on the seafloor when manned submarine sails near seafloor through the matches between the cable pay-out velocity of the underwater cable laying device and the sailing features of the manned submarine.The underwater cable laying device is described,including its working principle,composition,driving parameter calculation,hydraulic control system and realization of seafloor cable laying operations.
