基于有限长接触的风电机组主轴承接触应力分析

摘　　要：在建立双列球面滚子轴承力学计算模型的基础上,基于有限长接触理论分析滚道与滚子之间的接触,通过迭代求解轴承最大接触应力。以某双馈风电机组主轴承为研究对象,将计算模型与商业软件得到的轴承最大接触应力对比,误差在允许的范围之内,验证了计算模型的正确性。并分析了滚子球面半径、径向游隙、轴向载荷及径向载荷对轴承最大接触应力的影响,结果表明:随滚子球面半径增大,最大接触应力减小;随径向游隙增大,轴承最大接触应力增大;随轴向载荷增大,最大接触应力先增大后减小再迅速增大;随径向载荷增大,最大接触应力增大。On the basis of establishment of mechanical calculation model for double row spherical roller bearings,the contact between raceways and rollers is analyzed based on finite length contact theory,and the maximum contact stress of the bearings is solved by iteration.Taking the main bearings for double-fed wind turbines as research objects,the maximum contact stress of the bearings obtained by calculation model is compared with that obtained by commercial software.The error is within allowable range,and the correctness of the model is verified.The effect of spherical radius of roller,radial clearance,axial load and radial load on maximum contact stress of the bearings is analyzed.The results show that the maximum contact stress decreases with increase of spherical radius of roller and increases with increase of radial clearance;the maximum contact stress increases first and then decreases and quickly increases again with increase of axial load;the maximum contact stress increases with increase of radial load.
