摘  要:根据双内圈角接触球轴承的结构特点,介绍了精确测量凸出量的方法和内圈小端面修磨量的计算方法,推导出理论修磨量的计算方法。并根据修磨量理论计算方法分析了影响修磨量的尺寸参数。为保证最优内圈修磨量,通过实例介绍了设计和加工制造过程中各设计参数的选取方法。According to structural characteristics of double row angular contact ball bearings with two inner rings,the accurate measurement method for protruding amount and calculation method for grinding amount of small end face of inner rings are introduced,and the calculation method is derived for theoretical grinding amount.Based on theoretical calculation method for grinding amount,the dimensional parameters affecting grinding amount are analyzed.In order to ensure optimal grinding amount of inner rings,the selection method for various design parameters during design and manufacturing process is introduced through actual examples.
