摘 要:某机用自润滑关节轴承在沿海地区使用186 h后发现内圈喷涂陶瓷球面有发黄、鼓泡和剥落现象。通过宏观观察,化学成分分析,微观分析和能谱分析等方法对陶瓷涂层剥落原因进行研究,结果表明:由于等离子喷涂陶瓷涂层存在一定的孔隙,海水中的氯化物盐类物质首先吸附在陶瓷涂层表面,吸水潮解后通过陶瓷层中的小孔渗入到基体中,在含Cl-的腐蚀介质中过渡层与基体形成原电池,加速了基体材料的腐蚀,在基体与过渡层界面生成铁锈,最终导致陶瓷层剥落失效。The ceramic coating sprayed on spherical surface of inner rings of self-lubricating spherical plain bearings has yellowing,bubbling and spalling phenomena after used in coastal areas for 186 h.The spalling reasons of ceramic coating are studied by macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,microscopic analysis and energy spectrum analysis and so on.The results show that the plasma sprayed ceramic coating has a certain porosity,the chloride salts in seawater absorbed on surface of ceramic coating penetrates into substrate through holes in ceramic coating after water absorption deliquescence.The transition layer and substrate form a primary cell in corrosive medium containing Cl-,accelerating corrosion of substrate material.The rust is generated on interface of substrate and transition layer,eventually leading to spalling failure of ceramic coating.
