摘  要:论述了重卡轮毂轴承的发展历程,分析各代轮毂轴承单元性能的差异。研究了重卡轮毂轴承工作游隙调整的方法,介绍了通过尺寸链控制或预载荷调整实现重卡轮毂轴承免调整的几种典型结构,并给出重卡轮毂轴承寿命计算的研究现状。最后,指出重卡轮毂轴承单元将朝着集成化、轻量化、免调整、免维护、智能化、高可靠性、低摩擦力矩及高密封性等方向发展。The development history of heavy-truck hub bearings is described,and the performance differences among various generations of hub bearing units are analyzed.The method for adjusting working clearance of heavy-truck hub bearings is studied.Several typical structures are introduced to realize adjustment-free of heavy-truck hub bearings by control of dimension chain or adjustment of preload,and the research status of life calculation of heavy-truck hub bearings is given.Finally,it is pointed out that the heavy-truck hub bearing units will be developed towards integration,lightweight,adjustment-free,maintenance-free,intellectualization,high reliability,low friction torque and high sealing.
