摘  要:利用有限元软件ANSYS,采用瞬态动力学分析法对双层金属波纹管进行抗冲击性能分析,选取双重正弦波历程在时域上分别在波纹管的轴向和横向施加冲击载荷。通过有限元仿真分析,得到了双层金属波纹管冲击加速度响应曲线和位移响应曲线。并在自制的落锤式冲击试验台上,用规定脉冲波形法对该波纹管进行冲击试验,得到了波纹管轴向和横向的冲击响应曲线。冲击试验结果和有限元分析结果基本一致,最大误差为5.5%,通过试验的方法验证了有限元模型的准确性和数值分析方法的可靠性。该抗冲击分析方法和试验方法为双层金属波纹管的抗冲击设计提供了一定的参考。The transient dynamic analysis was used to analyze the dynamic impact resistance of double-layers metal bellows in ANSYS.The axial and radial load of the bellows were applied in the time domain by the dual sinusoidal wave process.According to finite element analysis,the impact response spectrum of acceleration and displacement of double-layer metal bellows were obtained.Then the impact test on the self-made drop hammer impact test machine was carried out by the prescribed pulse waveform method,and the axial and radial impact response spectrum of bellows were obtained.The experimental results were basically in agreement with those of the finite element method analysis with the error below 5.5%.The accuracy of the finite element models and the reliability of the numerical analysis were verified by the test method.The anti-impact analysis method and experimental method provide certain reference for anti-impact design of the double-layer bellows.
