健康信息甄别能力影响因素研究——基于我国四城市居民的质性分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]本研究探索了我国4个城市居民的健康信息甄别能力的影响因素,希望通过此研究为完善现实健康信息服务、增强健康信息甄别能力提供理论借鉴,从而助力健康中国的建设。[方法/过程]采用半结构访谈法收集37名城市居民健康信息甄别能力的相关数据,通过扎根理论归纳出影响城市居民健康信息甄别能力的11个子范畴并聚焦为4个主范畴,以此构建健康信息甄别能力的影响因素模型。[结果/讨论]信息因素和社会阶层直接影响城市居民健康信息甄别能力;社会阶层同时也和个人特征因素及制度因素分别调节信息因素对健康信息甄别能力的影响。[Purpose/Significance]This paper aimed to explore the influencing factors of ability of screening health information of Chinese 4 urban residents,with the expectation of providing theoretical reference for improving realistic health information service and enhancing the ability of screening health information,and then of supporting Health China construction.[Method/Process]The related data of ability of screening health information from 37 urban residents were collected using semi-structured interviews,11 subcategories of influencing ability of screening health information of Chinese urban residents were coded and 4 main categories were focused based on Grounded Theory.Based on the above analysis,the model of influcencing factors of ability of screening health information was constructed.[Result/Conclusion]Information factor and social class influenced ability of screening health information directly,social class and individual characteristics factor and system factor separately moderated the influences of information factor on ability of screening health information.
