摘  要:通过在硫氧镁水泥(MOS)净浆中加入复合外加剂及不同混合材料,分析了不同温度下对MOS热膨胀率、线变化、烧失量以及烧后力学性能的影响。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜及同步热分析仪对试样进行检测,并分析了受热前后试样矿物组成、微观形貌的变化,阐述了受热过程中发生的理化反应等。结果表明,引入复合外加剂、粉煤灰或硅灰均可在一定程度上提高MOS受热后的强度,为硫氧镁水泥在高温领域的应用提供了理论基础。其中引入1.3%复合外加剂的试样500℃烧后强度最高,达到45.3 MPa,较净浆提高了55.8%,引入20%硅灰的试样受热后呈现先收缩后膨胀的现象,500℃烧后强度达到38.5 MPa,较净浆强度提高了35%。实验结果表明,硫氧镁水泥的最高使用温度为800℃。Based on magnesium oxysulfate cement(MOS) net slurry mixed with compound admixture and different materials. And MOS thermal expansion rate, linear change, ignition loss and the influence of mechanical properties after burn were analyzed under different temperatures. X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope and synchronous thermal analyzer were used to test the samples. The changes of mineral composition and micro morphology of the samples before and after heating were analyzed. The physical and chemical reactions during heating were described. The results show that the introduction of composite admixtures, fly ash or silica fume can improve the strength of MOS after heating to a certain extent, which provides a theoretical basis for the application of MOS in high temperature field. The sample with 1.3% composite admixture has the highest strength after fired at 500 ℃, the strength is 45.3 MPa, which is 55.8% higher than that of pure slurry. The sample with 20% silica fume exhibits the phenomenon of shrinkage and expansion after heating. The strength after fired at 500 ℃ reaches 38.5 MPa, which is 35% higher than that of pure slurry. The experimental results show that the maximum service temperature of MOS is 800 ℃.
