摘 要:加快低温环境下水泥水化速度,提高混凝土的性能,不论在理论上还是在实际工程应用中都具有很大的意义。在0℃左右低温环境下,加电养护硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆,从水泥砂浆的水化硬化情况,以及通过不同龄期试样的抗压强度,结合物相分析及显微镜结构分析结果,确定了理想的外加电压参数。电是工程中最普遍的资源之一,加电养护可以方便地加速水泥在低温环境下的水化,既可加快混凝土预制件的脱模时间,也可加快工程抢修的速度,降低施工成本,提高工程质量。Speeding up the hydration speed of cement in low temperature environment and improving the performance of concrete are of great significance in both theoretical and practical engineering applications. It was discussed that the sulphoaluminate cement mortar was cured by adding electricity in the low temperature about 0 ℃ and the ideal applied voltage parameters were determined by the hydration and hardening conditions of cement mortar, compressive strength, phase and microstructure of different ages samples. Electricity, one of the most common resources in engineering, can conveniently accelerate the hydration of cement under low temperature, which can decrease the release time of concrete prefabricated parts, speed up the engineering rush repair, reduce construction cost and improve engineering quality.
