摘 要:为了优化乳化沥青冷再生混合料适宜的乳化沥青和水泥掺量范围,基于室内模拟现场钻芯试验、湿轮磨耗试验,研究了乳化沥青和水泥掺量下冷再生混合料的初期和终期抗松散性能,采用力学性能试验、路用性能试验和疲劳性能试验优化了设计用于乳化沥青冷再生混合料的最佳乳化沥青用量和水泥掺量。结果表明,乳化沥青和水泥掺量对冷再生混合料的早期钻芯完整性、抗松散性能、力学性能、路用性能与疲劳性能均有显著改善作用。随着乳化沥青用量的增大,冷再生混合料力学性能、路用性能与疲劳特性均存在峰值。增大水泥掺量能够显著提高冷再生混合料的水稳定性和高温稳定性及低应力水平下的疲劳寿命,但是过多的水泥掺量导致乳化沥青冷再生混合料刚性增大、柔韧性降低、高应变水平下的疲劳寿命减低。根据优化结果,推荐1.5%~2.0%水泥、3.5%~4%乳化沥青为最佳配比。In order to optimize the suitable range of emulsified asphalt and cement content for emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixtures, the initial and final loose resistances properties of cold recycled mixtures with different emulsified asphalt and cement contents were studied based on indoor simulated field drilling core tests and wet wheel wear tests. Using the mechanical performance test, road performance test and fatigue performance test to optimize the optimum emulsified asphalt and cement content designed for cold recycled asphalt emulsified mixture. The results show that the amount of emulsified asphalt and cement can significantly improve the early core integrity, anti-looseness, mechanical properties, road performance and fatigue performance of cold recycled mixtures. With the increase of the amount of emulsified asphalt, there are peaks in the mechanical properties, road performance and fatigue characteristics of the cold recycled mixture. Increasing the cement content can significantly improve the water stability, high temperature stability, and fatigue life at low stress levels of the cold recycled mixture, but too much cement causes the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture to increase rigidity, reduce flexibility, and increase reduced fatigue life at the strain level. According to the optimization results, 1.5%-2.0% cement and 3.5%-4% emulsified asphalt are recommended as the best proportion.
