摘  要:以光伏压延玻璃锑酸盐结石缺陷为研究对象,利用光学显微镜、荧光光谱仪和电子探针能谱仪检测并分析了缺陷产生的原因。结果表明:该缺陷为脱落的锑酸盐掉入玻璃液中形成的锑酸盐结石缺陷,主要产生于卡脖开口处,通过分析成功得出了锑酸盐结石缺陷的形成机理,并给出了解决措施,为优化国内光伏压延玻璃生产工艺提供了指导依据。Taking the antimony stone defect in photovoltaic calendered glass as the research object, optical microscopy, fluorescence analysis and electron probe spectrometer were used to detect the flaws, and the causes of the flaws were analyzed. The results indicate that the defect is antimony stone, which caused by falling antimonate into glass, and it mainly comes from the opening of the neck. The formation mechanism of antimony stone defect is successfully obtained, and the solving measures are given, which provides guidance for the control of domestic total oxygen combustion technology.
