摘 要:以硅砂、硼砂、氧化钠为主要原料,钠基膨润土为悬浮剂,分别以水玻璃溶液、六偏磷酸钠溶液、三聚磷酸钠及硅溶胶为结合剂,制备无铝防氧化涂料。结果表明:水玻璃作结合剂时,表面釉料分布均匀,釉料能很好地分布在铝碳长水口表面,硅溶胶作为结合剂,效果较差。当水玻璃作为结合剂时,随着硼玻璃粉含量的增加,釉料在铝碳长水口表面的铺展越来越好,铝碳长水口的氧化失重率降低。从SEM照片可以看出,当硼玻璃粉含量为25%时,釉层与基体结合紧密,没有缝隙,釉层很好地保护了铝碳长水口。The main raw materials are silica sand, borax and sodium oxide. Bentonite is suspension agent. The effects of four combinations of water glass, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate and silica sol on the properties of coatings were studied. The results show that when water glass is used as binder, the glaze is evenly distributed, and the glaze can well cover the surface of aluminum carbon long nozzle. When silica sol is used as binder, the effect is the worst. When water glass is used as a binder, with the increase of boron glass powder content, the spreadability of glaze is getting better and the oxidation weight loss rate is getting lower. SEM shows that when the content of boron glass powder is 25%, the glaze combines closely with the substrate without gaps, and the glaze layer protects the aluminum carbon long nozzle well.
