摘  要:以PbZr0.52Ti0.48O3(PZT)压电陶瓷粉体为原料,淀粉为造孔剂,通过干压成型法制备多孔PZT压电陶瓷膜,考察了造孔剂含量对多孔PZT压电陶瓷膜微结构及压电性能的影响.结果表明,随着造孔剂含量的增加,陶瓷膜的孔隙率和纯水渗透率逐步增加,而机械强度和压电性能逐步降低.当加入质量分数2.5%的造孔剂时,多孔陶瓷膜纯水渗透率为2250 L/(m^2·h·MPa),最可几孔径为0.5μm左右,极化后可产生振幅为42 mV的振动信号.将此条件下制备得到的多孔PZT压电陶瓷膜在含油乳化液中进行过滤实验,发现陶瓷膜无超声作用时,其通量迅速衰减至初始通量的37%.而在原位超声作用下,陶瓷膜通量衰减缓慢,并且稳定在55%左右,表明PZT压电陶瓷膜产生的超声起到了抗污染的效果.Porous lead zirconate titanate(PZT)ceramic membranes were fabricated with starch as pore-forming agent.Effects of starch content on microstructure and piezoelectric performance of membranes were studied.The results show that the porosity and pure water permeability of the ceramic membrane increase with the increasing of the pore-forming agent,while the mechanical strength and piezoelectric properties are gradually decreased.WheN2.5%pore-forming agent is added,the water permeability of ceramic membrane is 2250 L/(m^2·h·MPa),the pore size is about 500 nm,and the resonance amplitude signal is 42 mV.The optimized PZT membrane was applied in oil-in-water emulsion wastewater purification to test its self-cleaning performance.With in-situ ultrasound,the stationary permeability of PZT membrane was 55%of its initial value while this value was 37%as opposed to without.This demonstrated the self-cleaning performance of the ultrasound generated by PZT membrane.
