摘 要:聚醚砜具有优良的耐热性、良好加工性以及优异的机械性能,是一种理想的分离膜材料.然而传统的聚醚砜膜材料是相对疏水的,其生物相容性及抗污染性能有待提高.本文基于我们研究团队在聚醚砜膜材料官能化方面的研究进展,综述了含酰胺、羟基、羧酸、磺酸、季铵等官能团聚醚砜(酮)膜材料的合成方法与路线,以及官能化聚醚砜膜材料结构与性能关系,其中包括:亲水化改性的聚醚砜显示了良好的抗污染性及分离性能;嵌段型、侧链型聚醚砜离子交换膜具有高的离子导电率及改进的抗溶胀性能;采用聚电解质络合方法,可制备高性能的叔胺及羧酸聚醚砜纳滤膜,在脱盐及工业染料废水处理等方面具有潜在的应用前景.Poly(ether sulfone)is an ideal separation membrane material due to its excellent heat resistance,good processability and excellent mechanical properties.However,the traditional poly(ether sulfone)membrane material is relatively hydrophobic,and its biocompatibility and anti-fouling properties need to be improved.Based on the research progress of our grope in the functionalization of poly(ether sulfone)membrane materials,this paper reports the synthesis methods and routes of functional poly(ether sulfone)membrane materials containing amide,hydroxyl,carboxylic acid,sulfonic acid and quaternary ammonium,and also studies the relationship between the structure and properties of poly(ether sulfone)membrane materials functionlized.The results show that the hydrophilized poly(ether sulfone)shows good anti-pollution and separation performance;the block type and side chain poly(ether sulfone)ion exchange membrane have high ionic conductivity and improved anti-swelling performance.High-performance tertiary amine and carboxylic acid poly(ether sulfone)nanofiltration membranes can be prepared by polyelectrolyte complexation method,which has potential application prospects in desalination and industrial dye wastewater treatment.
