摘  要:回顾20余年来,课题组坚持“中药膜科技研究与应用”奋斗历程的基础上,结合成功申报“中医药现代化研究”重点专项2019年度项目的若干认知,对“基于特种膜的中药绿色制造技术与专属装备研究”进行了深入思考,提出独特的见解.“绿色制造”是一个综合考虑环境影响和资源消耗的现代制造模式,其宗旨:资源利用率最高,对环境负面影响最小,并使企业经济效益与社会效益协调优化.如何通过中药制药过程从中药物料获取尽可能完整的“天然组合化合库”,在临床取得原有汤剂应有的疗效并有所提高,是中药绿色制造所面临的主要科学问题.本文介绍了面向国家《中药新药注册分类》一类、二类与六类新药等多尺度目标产物制药技术需求,本团队业已开展的“面向中药绿色制造多尺度目标产物需求的新型膜材料、装备制备及分离机制”研究进展,主要为:(1)面向中药多元、整体药效物质获取的核孔膜改性方法与集群筛选机理研究;(2)面向小分子活性物质精准分离的规整纳埃级孔道膜研究等.This paper reviewed the important progresses in membrane technology for TCM production and the authors shared their perspectives on the special types of membrane and membrane equipment for the green manufacturing of TCM.Green manufacturing is a modern manufacturing trend where it takes environmental impact and consumption of resources into great account.Its goal is to achieve maximum efficiency in resources consumption and to minimize the environmental impact,along with the optimal social and economic benefits.The main scientific problems in membrane technology for TCM production are to maintain the integrity and completeness of Natural Combinatorial Chemical Libraries in the TCM feed and to improve the clinical effectiveness of the original TCM decoction.This paper also outlined the technological manufacturing requirements for multi-scaled target products for drugs identified as Classes 1,2 and 6.Our research group has made important progress in the area of novel membrane materials and specialized membrane equipment design,as well as the separation mechanism for TCM manufacturing with multi-scaled target products.The research work involves 2 major aspects,namely they are,approaches to post-modification on track-etched membrane for obtaining effective components with well-maintained integrity from TCM and the cluster-screening separation mechanism,and the mechanism of precise separation of obtaining effective components in TCM with small molecular weight via track-etched membranes with very narrow pore sizes.
