摘　　要：今年中方的出席具有特殊意义,因为我和我的同事是从前线而来。中国政府正在习近平主席坚强领导下,全力抗击一场突如其来的新型疫情,14亿中国人民团结一心,投身到这场没有硝烟的战争之中。我们决心守护武汉,守护湖北,守护与病毒抗争的每一位骨肉同胞,坚决打赢这场疫情阻击战。Under the strong leadership of President Xi Jinping,the Chinese government is engaged in a vigorous effort to combat the sudden outbreak of a novel virus.This sudden outbreak reminds us once again that in the context of globalization,the fate and interests of countries are closely inter-connected.In order to build a community with a shared future for mankind,we should aim to safeguard peace and development for all,and uphold fairness,justice and mutual benefit;we should pursue shared development and realize common prosperity under the framework of international law and widely recognized norms of international relations.Major countries should set a good example and work together to maintain world peace and stability.We should uphold international norms and promote democracy in international relations based on international rule of law and justice.We need to see the world as one community and jointly preserve Mother Earth,our common home,and work for a prosperous global village in which we all have a stake.
