摘  要:为了规范模拟手在医用电气设备电磁兼容检测中的使用,本文以电刺激类医用电气设备作为检品,在传导发射、电快速瞬变脉冲群和传导抗扰度试验中,从模拟手的使用与否、模拟手的布置方式等方面进行了比对试验。根据试验布置及试验结果分析引入人工模拟手后的电路结构和阻抗信息,得出人工模拟手的规范使用有助于电磁兼容检测中更好的模拟医用电气设备的临床使用状态,有助于医用电气设备电磁兼容检测结果的复现性,对于规范医用电气设备的电磁兼容检测具有重要意义。In order to standardize the use of the artificial hand in medical electrical equipment electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)test,with nerve and muscle stimulators medical electrical equipment as a sample,this paper studied how the artificial hand affects EMC testing firstly.Then,the comparison test from the use and layout of the artificial hand in conduction disturbance testing,electrical fast transient immunity test and immunity to the conducted disturbance was carried out.In this paper,the circuit structure and impedance characteristics were investigated after added the artificial hand.The standardized use of the artificial hand in EMC test is helpful to simulate the medical electrical equipment used in clinic and reproducibility of the test results,which is of great significance to standardize electromagnetic compatibility testing of medical electrical equipment.
