摘  要:目的加强呼吸机的质量安全控制,提高呼吸机的稳定性,降低其临床风险。方法使用美国FLUKE VT650气体流量检测仪,检测呼吸机的潮气量、呼吸频率、氧浓度、吸气压力水平、呼吸末正压5项参数的设定值、显示值和实测值。结果29台呼吸机的5项参数中,通气频率、潮气量、吸气压力水平、呼气末正压的误差合格率100%,氧浓度误差合格率72.4%。结论大多数呼吸机已配置自我检测功能,可以自动完成检测及校正工作,同时定期对呼吸机质量控制进行检测,提高其稳定性及安全性,促进医疗工作安全有序地开展。Objective To strengthen the quality and safety control of ventilator,so as to improve the stability of ventilator and reduce its clinical risk.Methods FLUKE VT650 gas flow analyzer was used to detect the setting values,display values and measured values of five parameters of the ventilator,including tidal volume,respiratory rate,oxygen concentration,inspiratory pressure level,and positive end-expiratory pressure.Results Among the five parameters of 29 ventilators,the error pass rate of ventilation frequency,tidal volume,inspiratory pressure level and positive end-expiratory pressure was 100%,and the oxygen concentration error pass rate was 72.4%.Conclusion Most of the ventilators have been equipped with self-detection function,which can automatically complete the testing and correction work.At the same time,the quality control of the ventilator can be regularly tested to improve its stability and safety,and promote the safe and orderly development of medical work.
