摘  要:目的为解决有线病床呼叫系统布线复杂、时间累积误差、故障查线不便的缺点,提出一套基于树莓派(Raspberry Pi,RPi)和ZigBee自组网的无线病床呼叫系统。方法本系统创新性地将开源硬件RPi作为呼叫系统主机,设计了一种智能编址-寻址算法和时间同步算法,实现床位的动态编排和时间一致;设计了信号碰撞重传机制,确保传输稳定可靠。结果现场测试表明,无线病床呼叫系统在150 m范围内能稳定可靠的工作,时间同步功能可能确保各个模块时间准确一致。结论该系统具有成本低廉、可靠性好、稳定性高、布线方便、易于维护等优点,能够有效替代现有的有线呼叫系统,保障医疗安全,提升医疗工作效率和服务质量。Objective To solve the shortcomings of complicated wiring,accumulated time error,and inconvenient fault checking of wired bed call system,a wireless bed call system based on Raspberry Pi(RPi)and ZigBee ad hoc network was proposed.Methods The open source hardware RPi was used as the host of the calling system.In order to achieve dynamic arrangement of beds and consistent time,an intelligent addressing-addressing algorithm and time synchronization algorithm were designed by the system.Moreover,a signal collision retransmission mechanism was designed to ensure stable and reliable transmission.Results Within 150 m,the wireless bed calling system could work stably and reliably.The time synchronization function ensured that the time of each module was accurate and consistent.Conclusion The wireless system has the advantages of low cost,good reliability,high stability,convenient wiring and easy maintenance.It can effectively replace the existing wired call system,ensure medical safety,and improve medical work efficiency and service quality.
