摘 要:医疗器械是一个多学科交叉的高技术行业,本研究采用定量与定性相结合的分析方法识别中国医疗器械的重点子领域。通过对Derwent Innovation数据库中医疗器械领域的专利进行检索,根据国家药品监督管理局组织修订的《医疗器械分类目录》,并结合医药器械的专利分类特点,将医疗器械领域专利分为17个子领域,采用统计学分析方法对中国医疗器械17个子领域技术开发特点进行分析,并对重点子领域进行识别。中国在医疗器械的消毒灭菌设备,注输、护理和防护器械,医院设备,呼吸麻醉和急救器械,患者承载器械五个子领域占据创新优势。Medical device is a high-tech industry,with the characteristic of multidisciplinary intersection.This study used quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to identify the key subfields of medical devices in China.Through the retrieval of patents in the field of medical devices in the Derwent Innovation database,according to Medical Device Classification organized by National Medical Products Administration,combined with the patent features of medical devices,the patents in the field of medical devices were divided into 17 subfields.Statistical analysis methods were used to analyze the 17 subfields and also identify the key ones of medical devices in China.China has an innovative advantage in the five subfields:such as sterilization equipment,injection,care and protective equipment,hospital equipment,respiratory anesthesia and first aid equipment,and patient carrying devices.
