摘　　要：目的运用风险矩阵从集体角度对医疗设备风险等级进行全面评估。方法通过建立集体风险评估模型对我院10种常规医疗设备进行风险等级评估。结果麻醉机、呼吸机风险等级最为显著。结论应用风险矩阵建立医疗设备集体风险评估模型能更全面更系统地评估医疗设备风险等级,为医疗设备风险管理提供有力依据。Objective To evaluate the risk level of medical equipment from a collective perspective based on Risk matrix.Methods By establishing a collective risk assessment model,the risk level of 10 conventional medical devices in our hospital was evaluated.Results The risk level of anesthesia machine and ventilator was the most significant.Conclusion The application of risk matrix to establish the medical equipment collective risk assessment model can more comprehensively and systematically evaluate the risk level of medical equipment and provide a strong basis for medical equipment risk management.
